Terms of Service

Last updated 7 October 2026.

Who we are

back2back is run by Stereogram Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13058941), registered office c/o Cooper Hathaway Limited, Maple House, High Street, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 5BS, England. "We" in these terms means Stereogram Ltd. You can reach us at info@back2back.dev.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to the Artist OS at artist-os.back2back.dev. A label or manager using the Manager OS has a separate contract with us, and where it differs from these terms, that contract applies. By creating an account or signing in, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service, and what it costs

back2back shows an artist's figures from music and social platforms, news about them and trends in their scene, on one dashboard. The Artist OS is free during the pilot. Before any paid plan starts, we tell you the price and the terms, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or over. A younger artist's account is held by a parent or their manager.
  • An account is for one artist. Claim only your own artist profile, or one you are authorised to act for.
  • An artist profile is claimed on a first come, first served basis, and a profile someone has already claimed cannot be claimed again. If you think a profile was claimed by the wrong person, write to us and we will look into it.
  • Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • send automated requests to the service or its sign-in, or copy its data in bulk;
  • try to reach data that is not yours, or get around a limit or a security measure;
  • use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other people or the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Data from other platforms

Figures, posts and other information come from third-party platforms and data providers. We show them as they report them. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and we cannot guarantee them.

AI-generated content

Summaries, trend cards and ideas are written by AI models from public information. They can be wrong. Check anything important before you act on it.

No promise of playlist placement

back2back never promises, sells or guarantees placement on any playlist. Where we help reach playlist curators, it is pitching: the curator decides.

Your content and ours

What you add to back2back stays yours. You allow us to use it to run the service for you. The service, its software, its design and the back2back name are ours, and these terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep back2back available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features, and we tell you in advance when a change takes away something you rely on.

Liability

During the free pilot, the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the dashboard. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep every right the law of your country gives you.

Ending your account

You can stop using back2back at any time. To close your account, write to us from the address you sign in with. What happens to your data then is in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the date at the top, and we email account holders before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using back2back after that, the new terms apply.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales decide any dispute. If you are a consumer living in the UK or the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country, and you can also bring a claim in its courts.
